Colin Heffern

Colin graduated in the spring of 2010 from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. He completed a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture in 2010 and a masters degree in Planning in 2012 at USC. In high school, Colin was an avid athlete partaking in golf, tennis, swimming, and soccer and excelling in all. During his freshman year at CSU, he was injured doing a belly flop into a pile of leaves paralyzing him at the C-4 level. In the spring of 2008, he had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He really enjoyed his experiences there interacting with students from all over the world and traveling around down under. Colin is currently working for the National Park Service and lives in Denver, Colorado.
